Music
In 2008 I released my first CD, 'Adelaide Street'.
The idea of making an album sprung from several sources - people asking me at clubs if I had a CD and a desire to preserve a record of where I was with music at the time for the benefit of friends, family and anyone else interested. I had thought of trying to deal with the whole process myself until I started to discuss the project with Tom McConville one evening at his home. Tom had recorded with various studios and had just finished a new album recorded with Ron Angus at Studio One. He was delighted with the results and put me in touch with Ron who has also worked with such people as Jez Lowe, Steve Tilston, Bob Fox and Billy Mitchell to name but a few.
Recording & Production
It was recorded by Ron Angus over a two year period at Studio One (Audioloft). I was extremely nervous about the whole process but it was soon clear that Ron is the complete acoustic music enthusiast and a brilliant producer and engineer.

Musicians
I was very fortunate in having some fine musicians play with me on this album - I am grateful to Tom McConville on violin, Allan Taylor on guitar, Jim Bullock on harmonica and Joss Elliott on double bass.
